How does a Pre-Release work:
-All participating players receive a Phantasmal Flames Pre-Release kit. This kit contains 4 boosters to build your deck with.
-The matches will be played with the Swiss system.
-After the tournament ends, every player will receive 3 extra Phantasmal Flames boosters.
